I have really been working out hard with my new workout regime. Using a mixture of P90X and Julian and Bob DVDs. My body has lost fat and gained muscle. I do not have to go to the gym for 2 hours a day. Mostly I workout for like 45-1 hour. Stopped eating red meat and chicken and feel so much better! Check out my DVD section to see what I use.
