If you are just starting out it is best to take it slow and learn the routines. Form is very important when learning to lift weights. If you have someone you can train with that would also be of great help.

I suggest that you start with no more than 45 minutes of training a day and do 4-5 days. You can start with one body part or two whichever feels good to you. But remember you are learning to use the weights so make sure you take the time and understand that this is a process. Be easy on yourself and you will see change. This is a lifestyle change.
