Food! I would say is the most important part of getting your body in shape. I could write for days on how diet has been a key factor in changing my body. The weight training came second.
I would pump weights for days but the minute I changed my diet that is when I saw the change and the muscle growth. In this section I am going to be posting pre and post workout meals plus daily meals that have worked for me.
One thing I should stress is that we are ALL different in the way our bodies react to working out and food so please take that in mind when you start. You will have to find your own routine and what works best but I am going to help you get started by giving you some tools.
