Meals Body Building Foods

Today I have changed my eating habits. I no longer eat meat or chicken( 8 months) I feel like a totally new person. I do eat eggs and dairy. I also use the SunWarrior protein you see on the site. it is the best protein on the market by far.

Now I eat about 3-4 meals a day. They are not large meals. I eat tons of veggie and fruit.

Find what works for you. Eating should be a big part of fitness. It can help to make or break your workouts.

Below is a meal plan I used to use when I wanted to bulk up.

Here are some of the meals I use to get my body in shape and to keep my body in shape. Like I said on the nutrition page I beleive food is the key to a great body!

I eat 5 meals a day, 3 hours apart. This does not mean that you should do this. Most of what I am telling you here is what has worked for me. Please experiment with your food intake and body. We are allĀ  different. I am a big believer in eating smaller and more often. Big huge meals do not work if you want to get in shape!

Sample of my meals for one day:

Coffee (milk) Cardio for 30-45 minutes

1.Pre-Workout-Breakfast Oatmeal ( see video under Nutrition)

2.Post-Workout-Hi-Protien,Hi-Carb Shake ( video coming soon)

3. Chicken Breast (skinless,grilled) yam, salad( tomato,cucumber,1 teaspoon ranch),Tortilla (3 corn)

4. Lean Hamburger Patty (2) chaya( like spinach) salad

5. Chicken Breast (skinless,Grilled) grilled veggies
